SOR Controls Group, Ltd. introduces a telemetry system that monitors a meter run developed and built by SENSOR engineered solutions featuring products introduced by SOR during OTC 2015.

(Lenexa, Kansas, USA – March 9, 2015) – The growing SOR Controls Group family of brands will be presented in booth #8808 at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) 2015 when it opens in Houston, Texas on May 4. SOR Controls Group will operate a functional telemetry system demo among other new products releasing in 2015. SOR products being introduced during the exhibition will include the 1400 series dump valve, 1600 series level controller and the 1000 series magnetostrictive level transmitter. Along with these new products, SOR will be featuring the popular 1540 and 1510 level switches and the 815PT and 815DT pressure transmitters.

 

The new SENSOR division is a full service systems integrator and engineered products company formed from the core SOR Control Group. SENSOR will operate a functional demo of a telemetry system monitoring a meter run consisting of a RTD with thermowell, 815DT smart differential pressure transmitter with 5-valve manifold, 815PT smart pressure transmitter, 1000 series magnetostrictive level transmitter and 1100 series magnetic level indicator with patent pendingvista technology.

 

New products releasing in 2015 from SOR will debut in booth #8808 – the 1400 series dump valve and the 1600 series level controller. An open yoke, exposed stem and a t-body are identifying features of the 1400 series dump valve. The 1600 series level controller is weatherproof and offers a no-bleed pilot. Visitors to the SOR Controls Group booth can expect a hands-on first look at these new products.
